“I want to express my thanks for the fine roofing job done by your company I was impressed with the efficiency of the whole operation. Your site supervisor, AC, was very straightforward about the job, the estimate, and gave me his opinion about options. I felt my house was in good hands. Once I sent in my contract agreement, everything was set in motion.

I was called immediately with an estimated start in three weeks. Mona called to let me know how to prepare for the job in ample time to take down some fragile items from the walls and shelves. She warned me about covering things stored in the attic.

A few days before the start, I was again called with the final reminders and to pull my cars out of the garage. The supplies were delivered in the morning; the bin was set u in my driveway. As I work long hours, every day I came home to a clean yard. On the second day, the job was finished. Loose nails were swept for by magnet. The yard was super clean.  The next day, the bin was picked up. I was so pleased at how hassle-free the whole operation was fro my perspective from start to finish.

I love the look of the new roof, the color, and the architectural profile. I look forward to working with Echols again soon. Again, my thanks to AC for his sound advice, to the men who did such a nice job, and to Mona for setting up the appointment and the proper expectations.

“Echols installed 22 replacement windows for us. They were great and everything went as scheduled. Richard the salesman, AC the project manager and the installers Maurico, Were such a pleasure to work with. Whatever it took to have a happy customer you knew without doubt they were there for you. “Echols sets the standard for home contractors! They called back immediately to schedule the estimate appointment, always showed up when promised, kept us informed about the work progress on a daily basis and didn’t even charge us until the work was complete. We had a bad experience with another contractor on a room addition. He didn’t pay his subcontractors, and we ended up with a lien on our house. We were impressed and delighted to learn that Echols only sends its own employees rather than sub-contractors out to the job sites. We changed the façade to remove a large palladium window and add a portico. The siding on a chimney and a wall were also replaced. Sebastian and Nicholas worked hard every day through an intense heat wave to ensure that the work was completed quickly. They also painted the exterior and installed drywall on the interior where the window had been. They took pride in their craftsmanship and made the work appear seamless and original to the house. They were thorough in cleaning up the yard when the job was completed. They worked around our schedule and stayed late several days in order to work inside the house. A couple of times, Sebastian immediately stopped what he was doing to move his truck from the driveway as he didn’t want me to encounter even the slightest inconvenience.
