Atlanta Area Carpentry Bids
Whether you need to maintain the exterior trim or do something more substantial, our professional carpenters will deliver quality and customer satisfaction with quality materials.
We can replace rotted overhangs, trim, or siding. We are also able to finish your unfinished basement or restore an old deck to a safe condition. Unlike roof or window replacement, where a salesman can bid on the project, carpentry-related work requires the carpenter to leave his job site and meet with the customer himself so that there is no confusion about what is to be done. Therefore, we do charge a $20 fee for any estimate requiring a bid from our carpenter. If the work is done, the customer can deduct the $20 fee from the amount owed at the time of payment. There is a minimum carpentry project size of $600.

Window and Trim Repair
We repair your window and house trim with synthetic products from Ply Gem, James Hardie, and Miratec. These synthetic trim options provide a rot-free solution.
Doors 
We can also install doors. Our recommended brand is Therma-Tru. Therma-Tru doors are made out of fiberglass material and are a great option for entry doors, patio doors, and multi-family doors. These doors are energy efficient, low maintenance, and secure while offering a beautiful wood or smooth finished look. These doors stand up to anything the Atlanta weather can throw at them. The starting price for a six-panel, insulated fiberglass or steel door is $2500.00. A front door with sidelights and transom window starts at $3500. Glass options can increase the project cost. Replacing a 2 panel sliding glass door with a quality Simonton unit starts at around $1800; a 3 panel sliding door starts at around $2400.

We provide PVC trim from Azek. Azek trim is great for windows and doors in your house. It looks like wood, but is made out of a PVC product that doesn’t rot. This product doesn’t need to be painted, can form to unique corners, and stands the test of time against natural weather wear or damage from insects.
Basement Finishing
Finishing the basement of your Atlanta home gives your family extra living space while increasing your resale value. Echols Home Services works with James Taggert, an interior designer. He is available to walk through your basement to provide a room flow pattern for an hourly fee.
